The Retail Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and services, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales 

• Achieve and exceed individual sales and key performance indicator (KPI) targets.
• Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting current offers.
• Take ownership of personal sales performance and work towards continuous improvement.
• Support the team in achieving overall store sales objectives.

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure customers leave the store with a positive shopping experience.

Product Knowledge

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, services, promotions, and industry trends.
• Confidently demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Stay informed about new product launches and promotional campaigns.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a sales targeted retail role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours
