Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation

£30k OTE £50-60k Uncapped!

We’re looking for driven Sales Development Representatives to join our growing Business Development team.

You’ll work a combination of warm inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting, introducing businesses to premium workplace subscription service through strategic outreach and free fruit basket trials that open doors and start conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Converting warm inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound outreach
• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
• Booking meetings and introducing businesses to our premium office fruit & milk service
• Preparing quotations and onboarding new clients with accuracy and professionalism
• Developing relationships with office managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
• Maintaining CRM activity and forecasting opportunities
• Consistently achieving and exceeding targets in a high-energy sales environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B outbound sales experience
• A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Confident communicator with excellent objection-handling skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and commercially driven
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
