Business Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-profile technology and systems integration programme within a secure environment in London.

This role will focus on process analysis, system interface definition, and integration requirements across enterprise platforms, including IWMS and supplier systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business, IT, operational, and vendor stakeholders to define clear, structured, and actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Analyse and document current (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) processes
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Capture functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify process gaps, data dependencies, and automation opportunities
• Interface & Integration Analysis
• Define system interfaces, APIs, and data flows
• Produce interface requirement documentation and data mapping specifications
• Work with technical teams to validate integration options
• Define integration acceptance criteria
• Process Mapping & Documentation
• Produce BPMN-based process models
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
• Maintain high-quality documentation aligned to enterprise standards
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Work across Operations, IT, Risk, FM and Supplier teams
• Present findings, options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers on integration requirements

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior IT or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong BPMN process modelling skills
• Experience analysing system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Ability to produce structured functional and interface documentation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation experience
• Experience within IWMS or Facilities Management systems (eg, Planon)
• Public sector or regulated environment experience
