Test Automation Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, large-scale applications, driving quality through modern automation tools and best practices. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing robust automated testing frameworks across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright
• Create and execute automated tests using Perfecto for mobile (iOS & Android) and cross-browser environments
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (eg Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams to define test strategies
• Perform end-to-end, regression, and integration testing
• Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to improve quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and QA processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience in test automation/QA engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Playwright (essential)
• Perfecto (essential)

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with API testing (eg Postman, Rest Assured)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable

• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Exposure to enterprise or large-scale environments
• Knowledge of performance or security testing
