Project Manager - IT & Business Change

We are currently recruiting experienced Project Managers to join a large-scale technology and business transformation programme based in London. This role is ideal for well-rounded Project Managers with experience delivering both IT and Business Change initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Working across multiple programmes, you will lead projects from business case through to delivery, managing stakeholders, budgets, risks and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and approval of project business cases.
• Create and manage project plans using Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, governance and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide clear direction throughout delivery.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive benefits realisation and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Remove delivery blockers and manage third-party and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Essential Skills & Experience
• Strong experience delivering IT and Business Change projects.
• Proven Project Management experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, governance and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Scrum and software development life cycles.
• Experience translating business or product roadmaps into delivery plans and work packages.
• Knowledge of operating model design and business transformation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
• PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or APMP certification.
• Active SC Clearance.
