CyberArk Engineer
CyberArk Engineer with overall 5+ yrs of Security experience.
As an Infrastructure Engineer specialising on CyberArk you will be deployed to Security Transformation, working as part of a team delivering change and capability around Privilege Access Management. You will specialise on CyberArk’s infrastructure and application, providing 3rd line support on this critical platform; with availability you will support other infrastructure changes within Security Transformation.
You may be helping to plan a scheduled release, addressing a defect/incidents that requires rapid remediation in and out of hours, or developing a new capability requiring several months of support and implementation. You will demonstrate an agile mindset and flexible approach to work with a natural tendency to self-learn, research, and share knowledge. You will display the confidence to recommend solutions, challenge others and provide clear direction.
This is varied and fast paced work, assessing, support designing, implementing, and testing demand to meet customer needs in regard to infrastructure and applications.
You will be working in an agile team supporting:
· You will keep up-to-date with CyberArk & related privilege access management technology and principles
· CyberArk and scoped platforms from planning, designing, building, testing, and assuring warranty
· Undertaking the detailed steps of designing, building, installing, configuring, patching, maintaining, decommissioning for CyberArk infrastructure & application
· You will ensure your tasks and others are completed to the Engineering standards, guardrails, and ways of working in place
· You will be involved on-premise and Cloud across development, pre-production, and production based environments
· You will provide mentorship whilst developing your own knowledge & experience needed to support the role
· You will support both change and incidents as they arise
· You will work closely with architects, partners, and professional services to implement the product roadmap.
· Use tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence & Jira to support lean engagement and change processes
· You will present recommendations, issues, risks clearly and concisely at a level appropriate to your audience.
Toolset – CyberArk
· Knowledge of CyberArk product and functionality is a pre-requisite
· Experience of Information Security, and a solid IT background
· Very strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills as the role will need communication with Director level people.
· Desirable: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISEB Certificate in Information Security Management Principles or equivalent experience
