Business Development Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the vending and refreshment solutions industry.

This role is ideal for a results-focused sales professional who thrives on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business opportunities through a mix of self-generated and inbound leads
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships that deliver sustainable profit and growth
• Develop, manage, and grow a strong and consistent sales pipeline
• Lead large-scale contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs

About You

• Proven experience in business development within a field-based, service-led sales environment
• Strong track record of retaining and growing key accounts
• Confident in large-scale contract negotiations and closing smaller opportunities
• History of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently
• Skilled in consultative, solution-oriented selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Resilient, analytical, and highly organised with exceptional territory management abilities
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Full, clean UK driving licence
