Business Development Executive

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Bonus: Performance-based bonus available

About the Role

We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us find and develop new business opportunities, while also building strong relationships with existing customers.

This is a great opportunity if you’re confident, target-driven, and want to grow your sales career in a supportive and ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with high end retail and hospitality clients
• Reach out to potential customers by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services
• Reconnect with old or inactive customers to explore new opportunities
• Book in meetings, "lunch & learns", and training sessions (CPDs) with clients
• Build strong, trusted relationships – acting more as a helpful consultant than just a sales rep
• Work closely with your Business Development Manager to grow sales year after year
• Keep our CRM system updated with accurate lead and customer info
• Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
• Share helpful info to educate and engage prospects
• Use social media to find new leads and promote what we do
