Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Developer with a strong background in developing changes on vision plus platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience working with VisionPLUS modules and a basic understanding of the financial services domain. This is a long-term contract role offering hybrid working flexibility, combining remote work with occasional onsite collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• develop, and maintain VisionPLUS-based solutions,  changes ,ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Work on various VisionPLUS modules based on project needs.
• Articulate business and technical requirements to implement scalable changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers.
• Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot complex VisionPLUS code issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of VisionPLUS solutions in production environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with VisionPLUS development..
• Experience in application support, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with incident and change management process.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team setup.
