Manage end-to-end redundancy projects, including workforce planning, redundancy cost modelling, business case development, selection methodologies, risk assessments, consultation planning and implementation activities.
Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver change management strategies, change impact assessments and communication plans that minimise business disruption, support employee engagement and ensure successful adoption of organisational change.
Lead collective and individual consultation processes relating to restructures, redundancies and organisational design changes, supporting affected colleagues through consultation meetings, redeployment opportunities, alternative employment considerations and transition activities.

Identify and analyse options, ensuring the most workable, appropriate and commercially beneficial initiative or intervention is considered, planned and subsequently implemented where necessary.
Undertake end-to-end management and direction of all employee relations casework, both individually (disciplinary, grievances, harassment/bullying claims) and collectively (restructuring, redundancy, organisational change programmes and group grievances).
Conduct investigations on complex and sensitive matters relating to TUPE, restructuring, redundancy and wider business transformation programmes.
Manage all potential legal threats and risks effectively, ensuring that both the business reputation and brand are fully protected.
Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders (such as directors and employee bodies) and external partners, including trade union officials, legal counsel and occupational health providers.
Prepare and issue all legally compliant documentation accurately and on time, including redundancy consultation documents, change communications, selection materials, business rationale documents and TUPE-related correspondence.
