We’re seeking a talented Social & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our social media, paid advertising, and analytics strategy. This role suits a creative, data-driven marketer who can deliver impactful campaigns, grow audiences, and drive measurable commercial results.
You’ll manage the full digital journey from awareness and engagement to conversion reporting to the Head of Digital and working closely with senior leadership to shape our brand’s online presence.
Develop and deliver integrated social and paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Use data and insights to optimise content, targeting, and ROI.
Build and engage online communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
Manage a performance-led content calendar in line with campaigns and launches.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand content.
Track and report on performance, offering insights and recommendations.
Proven experience in social media and performance marketing (premium, lifestyle, or automotive preferred).
Skilled in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and social analytics.
Strong understanding of funnels, conversions, and campaign optimisation.
Creative, analytical, and confident managing influencer and community relationships.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Passionate about design, innovation, and digital growth.
