Personal Assistant

£28,000-£30,000 Depending on Experience 

On-site 5 days per week 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in being a PA 

Full drivers Licence

Role:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior  managers/executives.
• Manage diaries, arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
• Handle confidential documents and ensure appropriate filing and record keeping.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Screen calls, emails, and other communications, responding where appropriate.
• Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Process expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external events or meetings.
• Maintain office systems and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external contacts on behalf of the  executive.
