Litigated Motor Claims Handler

Location: Liverpool or Leeds
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (35 hours/week)

Great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in litigated motor claims. You'll manage a caseload of small claims and low-value fast track RTA files under supervision, handling liability, quantum, and court processes while developing negotiation and litigation skills.

Key Requirements:

• Legal education or experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with motor claims and basic litigation principles

• Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills

• Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
