Legal Opportunities – Industrial Disease Team (Hybrid, Birmingham)
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)
Roles Available:
Salary Range: £30,000 – £55,000 (dependent on role and experience)
We are growing our Industrial Disease team and are looking for legal professionals at various levels to join us in Birmingham. These roles are ideal for those who are passionate about litigation and seeking to specialise or advance within the industrial disease space.

Positions Available
Assistant Lawyer – Industrial Disease
You will support senior lawyers with large-scale litigation involving a wide range of disease-related claims.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assistant to Partner – Industrial Disease
You will work closely with a Partner, providing delegated support on complex industrial disease cases.
Typical daily tasks involve:
Lead Fee Earner – Industrial Disease
You will manage your own caseload of primarily NIHL and other disease claims while also mentoring junior staff.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assistant Fee Earner – Industrial Disease
This role supports more experienced fee earners with case preparation and progression.
