Junior Merchandiser

Up-to £40,000 salary

What you’ll be doing

• Support the management of stock flow across the UK and US, helping to maintain optimal inventory levels and product availability.
• Assist in analysing sales performance and market trends to help inform product assortment, pricing, and promotional decisions.
• Monitor product performance and contribute to recommendations on restocking, markdowns, and discontinuations.
• Work closely with Buying, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to support the execution of merchandising strategies and trading plans.
• Help coordinate with suppliers to track orders, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in merchandising, retail, e-commerce, or a similar analytical role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with an interest in working with data.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in product, trading, and retail performance.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or merchandising principles (desirable but not
• essential).
