Fast Track File Handler – 12 Month FTC

Location: Liverpool or Leeds
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (35 hours/week)

Join a busy litigation team handling your own caseload of small, fast-track motor claims and MOJ files. You'll be responsible for progressing cases to settlement, assessing liability, negotiating outcomes, and maintaining accurate records in line with client requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience handling litigated motor claims and MOJ files

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Familiarity with case management systems and protocols

• Attention to detail and ability to meet performance targets
