EL/PL Fast Track File Handler

Location: Liverpool (on-site)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (35 hours/week)

Opportunity to join a busy team managing a litigated caseload of EL and PL files (up to £25,000) for corporate and insurance clients. You’ll assess liability and quantum, prepare witness and expert evidence, and work closely with clients to drive cases to resolution.

Requirements:

• Experience managing EL/PL litigated claims

• Strong communication, IT, and case management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise
