CAFM Change Delivery Lead

Are you an experienced change professional with a strong background in CAFM programmes? We are looking for a CAFM Change Delivery Lead to drive change management activities, focusing on the CAFM Critical Data Set (CCDS) and workflow optimisation.

About the Role

As the CAFM Change Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems. You will take ownership of CCDS changes, guide functional leads, and provide coaching to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring workflows integrate seamlessly with operational processes.

You will work closely with the Transformation Lead to manage change control, monitor adoption, and deliver clear communication across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

Lead change management for CCDS updates and workflow changes.

Ensure all changes meet governance and quality standards.

Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics.

Advise business leads and stakeholders on workflow improvements.

Deliver coaching and guidance to build capability in new ways of working.

Communicate changes clearly through targeted engagement plans.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in CAFM change management, particularly in Concept Evolution.

Strong understanding of CCDS governance and workflow design.

Expertise in process mapping and workflow optimisation.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Familiarity with Jira or similar change control tools.
