We’re currently looking for a Clinic Manager (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf clinic. Want to become part of our team?

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the clinic in your assigned area.
• Lead a growing team of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff.
• Communicate the company vision and motivate the team.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales targets and conversion rates of sales representatives and doctors.
• Manage the clinic’s budget and objectives; analyze results and implement improvement plans.
• Build an authentic connection with our patients and guide them toward a more confident smile.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and proper follow-up procedures.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and issues.
• Organize clinic teams, including sales, dental assistants, and doctors; manage staffing needs and prepare duty schedules.
• Participate in recruitment, training, feedback, and—when necessary—termination of contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and hygiene standards.
• Take part in marketing activities, host influencers, photo shoots, and possibly appear in social media videos.
• Guarantee an excellent customer experience and maintain a flawless clinic appearance with a high NPS (Net Promoter Score).

Your Profile

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Positive, curious, and enthusiastic.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in German (required) and good English skills (preferred).
